About this job

Rozwój i utrzymanie powierzonych produktów konsumenckich. Tworzenie oraz realizacja roadmapy produktowej. Zarządzanie backlogiem i priorytetyzacją inicjatyw produktowych. Identyfikacja potrzeb klientów i przekładanie ich na rozwiązania produktowe. Prowadzenie procesu discovery, walidacja hipotez oraz testowanie nowych pomysłów. Współpraca z zespołami Tech, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, CX oraz Operacjami. Projektowanie i optymalizacja ścieżek klienta end-to-end. Zarządzanie inicjatywami produktowymi od koncepcji, przez development, po wdrożenie i dalszy rozwój. Definiowanie KPI, analiza danych oraz rekomendowanie kierunków rozwoju produktu. Przygotowywanie business case'ów, analiza ROI oraz podejmowanie decyzji w oparciu o dane.…
