The Ads & Promotions Manager is responsible for driving Sponsored Listings revenue growth by leading and developing the local Ad Sales team and working closely with Account Management. What you’ll be doing The role owns performance against key country targets, including Venue Penetration, Ad Load, and Sponsored Listings revenue. It translates cluster-level Ads & Promos objectives into clear team and individual goals, ensuring strong execution through coaching, pipeline management, and regular performance tracking. As the key link between frontline Account Managers and the Cluster Ads & Promos Lead, the manager identifies business risks and growth opportunities, supports cross-functional alignment, and builds a high-performing, accountable team.…
