Będziesz kluczową częścią naszego zespołu utrzymania ruchu - zarządzającym zespołem dbającym o niezawodność i efektywność pracy wszystkich linii produkcyjnych w obszarze mechanicznym, a do Twoich zadań będzie należeć: Nadzór nad kluczowymi liniami: rozwłóknianie, suszarnia, prasa, formatowanie, pakowanie, maszyny tartaczne Planowanie i realizacja postojów miesięcznych i remontów głównych Opracowanie budżetu remontowego i kontrola jego realizacji Analiza awarii (RCA, 5Why, Ishikawa) Monitorowanie wskaźników MTBF, MTTR, OEE Wdrażanie TPM i elementów Lean Maintenance Identyfikacja wąskich gardeł technologicznych oraz modernizacje i optymalizacje mechaniczne Koordynacja firm zewnętrznych w powierzonym obszarze Standaryzacja części zamiennych i optymalizacja stanów magazynowych Posiadanie…
