Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów cross-funkcyjnych w środowisku krajowym i międzynarodowym. Tworzenie harmonogramów, planów działań i nadzór nad realizacją kluczowych kamieni milowych. Współtworzenie założeń biznesowych projektów, kontrola budżetu oraz monitorowanie wykorzystania zasobów. Identyfikowanie ryzyk i proponowanie działań ograniczających ich wpływ na realizację projektu. Organizowanie i prowadzenie spotkań projektowych oraz koordynowanie współpracy zespołów zaangażowanych w realizację inicjatyw. Zbieranie, analiza i doprecyzowywanie wymagań biznesowych oraz systemowych. Współpraca z zespołami IT przy planowaniu, wdrożeniu i testowaniu zmian.
