Your responsibilities: Managing the SAP CoE team (FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, Developers). Planning team workload and allocating resources between rollouts and BAU/maintenance activities. Delivering S/4HANA rollouts in line with the global template (Europe). Overseeing BAU system operations and user support. Collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners of systems integrated with SAP. Managing external suppliers and the quality of their delivery. Maintaining end-to-end process consistency across countries and workstreams. Monitoring delivery risks and reporting status. Building strong relationships between business and technology, and aligning stakeholders around realistic expectations.…
