What you will do: Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end - from gathering requirements to onboarding Source passive candidates using variety of methods and tools Analyze and select inbound candidate applications Conduct job interviews Keep candidate database up to date Write and post job ads Take part in employee onboarding and offboarding Support employer branding activities Take part in performance review process
