Senior Recruiter Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-managerial positions across the dedicated region. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent communities. Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment centers, and candidate evaluations. Partner with hiring managers to lead recruitment kick-off meetings, calibration sessions, and talent discussions.
