We're looking for a Recruitment Lead to build and run the hiring function for a project close to family office in construction and hospitality sphere as we are scaling it quite rapidly. This is a fully remote role, leading a recruitment team of 6 people in collaboration closely with the business on the most complex hires. What You'll Do: Manage and develop a recruitment team of 6-7 recruiters. Own the most complex, senior, or sensitive positions end-to-end, personally. Build recruitment analytics and reporting to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and team performance. Design and evolve sourcing strategies across the roles the function hires for. Advise the business on hiring strategy, market realities, and org design as the team grows.…
