Freelance Talent Sourcer / Recruitment Sourcer (B2B) Job Location: Warsaw, Poland Main Responsibilities: Actively source and identify passive candidates for technical positions within the Energy and Telecommunications sectors, as well as Sales roles, across Poland and international markets. Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels. Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to specific positions and business requirements. Perform advanced candidate searches using Boolean Search and other direct sourcing techniques. Identify potential candidates and conduct an initial assessment of their professional experience and fit for the role.…
