As an NPI Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting engineering, production, warehouse operations, production planning, and other business functions to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into manufacturing. This position offers a unique opportunity to become a central point of coordination for NPI activities at our Rosówek site and make a direct impact on how new products transition from development to production. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders, supporting engineering changes, product transfers, pilot builds, and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
