Job Description & Summary Transaction Services w PwC Polska to zespół składający się z 30 ekspertów zajmujących się badaniami finansowymi due diligence spółek, które mają być przedmiotem transakcji M&A. Oceniamy ich kondycję finansową, szczegółowo analizując RZiS, bilans i cash flow oraz wszelkie kluczowe parametry istotne dla danego biznesu. Staramy się zidentyfikować potencjalne ryzyka, które mogą mieć znaczenie dla kupującego przy podejmowaniu decyzji inwestycyjnej oraz wpływ na wycenę spółki.
