The Position The RDT Resource & Finance Planning Manager for the ASPIRE program is a key support role of RDT's contribution to ASPIRE, one of Roche's largest business transformations. You ensure in close collaboration with the ASPIRE finance network that the program's RDT budget and resources are planned, monitored, approved and reported correctly, so that program and ERP leaders can make decisions based on reliable numbers. You own the day-to-day resource planning processes of the ASPIRE RDT function, approve purchase orders and invoices, closely liaise with the financial partners for resource requests in the program and track the benefits the program delivers. Because the role is exposed to sensitive financial data and approval processes, it is held by an internal Roche employee.…
