About the project: The project involves building and scaling an AI-powered customer management solution with a strong focus on agentic AI capabilities. Engineers will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of foundational AI platform components, including agent harnesses, agent factories, or similar agentic frameworks. You will be: Designing and building agentic AI platform capabilities from the ground up. Developing and delivering cloud-native enterprise applications. Establishing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines. Deploying and operating solutions in enterprise environments while adhering to architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements.…
