Principal AI Platform Engineer (Lead Architect)

About this job

Define the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for SentinelOne's AI Platform (model gateway/routing, agent/MCP infrastructure, evaluation pipelines, AI observability, and more) in partnership with engineering leadership. Serve as the tech lead by owning architecture decisions, setting engineering standards, reviewing critical designs, and guiding implementation across the team without people management responsibilities. Support business-critical AI initiatives, partnering with product and engineering leaders to translate business strategy into platform capabilities and clear engineering priorities. Partner with product teams to build customer-facing AI experiences hands-on, then platformize what was built into shared, reusable capabilities.…
