Your key responsibilities: Lead and develop the team – hire, onboard, and mentor 4–5 senior engineers, holding a high engineering quality bar through regular 1:1s, growth planning, and performance management. Co-author the product roadmap – partner with the PM to bring engineering constraints and opportunities into quarterly planning, rather than simply receiving it. Own delivery end-to-end – drive sprint planning, dependency mapping, risk identification, and stakeholder expectation management across the team's domain. Provide technical leadership – uphold code review culture, testing standards, and architectural direction in partnership with the Staff Engineer, while promoting engineering excellence.…
