About the role We’re hiring an HVAC Design Engineer to deliver heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning designs for commercial and mixed-use projects. You’ll own load calculations, equipment selection, duct and pipe layouts, and coordination with architecture, structure, and other MEP disciplines through construction documentation. This role suits someone who is strong in HVAC fundamentals and comfortable working in a BIM-coordinated environment. What you’ll do - Design HVAC systems for offices, residential, and light industrial buildings - Perform heating/cooling load calculations and select AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems - Produce schematics, layouts, schedules, and specifications for tender and construction - Coordinate services in Revit / BIM with architecture,…
