About the role: What's in the Box The Data Privacy team sits within the Order & Subscription Experience Tribe, part of the Consumer Alliance. The team is responsible for the systems and guardrails that let HelloFresh handle customer data responsibly at scale. Consent management, Data subject rights, Data retention and minimization, PII discovery and classification, and privacy-by-design tooling embedded into the Hellofresh flows that touch millions of customers globally. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a squad of product/backend engineers building and operating these systems, partner closely with a Product Manager & Stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements (GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations) into a working roadmap, and stay technically engaged,…
