The Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager (Warsaw, Poland) with a strong technical background in full-stack development to lead our Identity and Access engineering staff. In this leadership role, you will manage, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers responsible for building and maintaining the systems and interfaces that authenticate users, allow agents to scale on our public APIs, and enable self-service product configuration. You will guide your team in leveraging Addepar’s enterprise identity platform to create responsive, frictionless user journeys. These range from the “front door” of our products (such as login and MFA) to the administrative tools our customers use to configure experiences for their internal teams and end-clients.…
