You will lead a Wroclaw-based engineering team within the Box Extract organization. This team operates within the application layer, responsible for turning advanced AI capabilities (OCR and LLM-based Extract Agents) into a scalable, customer-facing product. Who you are: People-first engineering leader with 2+ years of engineering management experience and strong technical background You possess at least 5 years of professional software development experience building full-stack web applications, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript and Java Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures Comfortable operating across both backend and frontend concepts (full-stack awareness) Strong technical judgment — able to evaluate system design decisions, trade-offs, and…
