The QA Engineer, Customer Complaints is responsible for supporting customer complaints and service processes and will participate in optimization/improvement of the processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Senior Manager, QA and is part of the Customer Complaint department located in Radiometer Solutions in Stargard, it will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Handle the intake of complaints from customers and Radiometer subsidiaries. Collaborate with complaint investigators in R&D and Operations Improve the Global Customer Complaint process in cooperation with the process owner. Work closely with the Radiometer Service organization to improve processes related to service. Support the organization during audit.…
