Key Responsibilities Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for customer support automation (both greenfield and ongoing improvements). Configure and maintain logic and prompts in no-code AI platforms, such as call flow schemes for voice bots, LLM (language model) classifiers, and other AI-driven tools. Support and debug active automation scenarios in Camunda Operate; deliver quick fixes and continual improvements in production environments. Integrate processes with internal and external systems via REST API, JSON, and message brokers (Kafka). Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and analytics teams. Continuously adopt and champion new technologies, AI integrations, and promote a culture of automation across the organization.
