We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a new Warsaw-based team focused on Builder Platform capabilities: the underlying systems, experiences, and technical foundations that make Asana more configurable, extensible, and powerful over time. This is a strong fit for someone who likes early-stage product and platform work. You’ll help define direction in an ambiguous space, build and grow a strong engineering team, and balance near-term product delivery with longer-term technical foundations.
