Zadania, które na Ciebie czekają: * Monitorowanie i kontrola organizacji pracy oraz nadzór nad produktywnością i jakością pracy zespołu operacyjnego, celem zapewnienia optymalnego procesu w zgodzie z celami firmy. * Osiąganie uzgodnionych wskaźników jakościowych i produktywnościowych (Scorecard) oraz ich bieżąca kontrola a także ich raportowanie do przełożonego. * Znajomość i stosowanie procedur, w szczególności BHP, ISO, ADR/DGR, RA (Regulowany Agent) a także procedur z zakresu bezpieczeństwa i ochrony środowiska oraz przestrzeganie przepisów krajowych i międzynarodowych. * Wdrażanie działań mając na celu redukowanie overflow w trakcie procesu.…
