The Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who serves as a recognized technical authority within the Cross-Border Activities Control Execution team. This role is accountable for leading the end-to-end design, execution, and governance of complex cross-border controls for Wealth Management globally. The C13 officer will own and oversee Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to ensure end-to-end completion, draft updates to operational guidelines and procedures, obtain stakeholder non-objections, and drive large-scale control enhancement and automation initiatives.
