We are seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst based in Poland to join our International Total Rewards team. With a growing employee population in Poland and a range of locally specific benefits and leave processes, Box needs dedicated in-country expertise to deliver reliable operational support, ensure statutory compliance, and provide an exceptional Box-on-Box experience. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Poland benefits and support leave administration while supporting broader EMEA/APAC initiatives. You will report to the Senior Team Manager and partner closely with People Partners, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant benefits operations.…
