Team/ Role Overview The Compensation Lead Analyst, Vice President, is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. The Compensation Lead Analyst provides comprehensive compensation service within Technology and Business Enablement (TB&E) and works closely with country/cluster, regional and global partners to meet business needs, the role will be a focal point for championing best practices across the TB&E business. Please note, this is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract.
