CXG Data Specialist

We are seeking a CXG Data Specialist to support and optimize our data quality across the full CXG tech stack. Reporting at the intersection of Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Sales, you will play a key role in maintaining the data accuracy of our CXG systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution, continuous improvement, and providing exceptional operational support to our CXG team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities Own proactive data quality monitoring and clean-up across CXG systems. Validate and reconcile customer and account data across different sources. Perform data manipulation and analysis, including VLOOKUPs, reconciliation, duplicate account identification, research, and clean-up.…
