Job purpose As a Conflicts Analyst you will support the business in assessing new requests (being new clients and/or new business with existing clients) from a conflict and professional regulations point of view using Dentons’ and third-party research databases. Key responsibilities Review intake requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of client and matter information Conduct internal and external conflicts checks, including analysis via Dentons' internal conflicts and external databases Investigate corporate structures and management profiles to support conflict, sanctions and/or AML analysis Identify and escalate potential legal, commercial, sanctions, or reputational conflicts in line with firm policies Coordinate with Dentons offices (within Europe region and globally) to seek…
