Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time | USD $4,500–$5,000 monthly Smart Apartment Data provides data and analytics solutions for the U.S. multifamily real estate industry. We’re looking for a self-directed Business Analyst who can lead projects from start to finish and turn business information into clear, practical recommendations. Projects may span multiple areas of the business, so you’ll need to get up to speed on unfamiliar topics quickly. This role is equally focused on project management and data analysis. Strong ownership and follow-through are essential, but expert-level technical skills are not required. This is equally project management and analysis. Neither half is the junior one.…
