In your role as a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and web with professionalism and care. You will take ownership of the full order cycle — from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation — all within a dynamic, international team environment. Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless.
