We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team and provide on-site support from our Warsaw office. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technology services to employees both on-site and remotely across multiple countries. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, improve the end-user experience, and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment.
