About this job

e are looking for a Technical Support / QA Specialist to join our team and help investigate technical issues, support game launches, and ensure stable game performance. Responsibilities Handle technical requests from clients, operators, and internal teams. Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot slot game issues. Analyze logs, game sessions, and technical identifiers. Verify game functionality on desktop and mobile. Create bug reports and verify fixes. Perform smoke/sanity testing after fixes and releases. Support production incident investigations and escalate critical issues. Track client-facing issues through resolution. Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, Account Managers, and other teams. Maintain troubleshooting documentation and identify recurring issues.
