The IT Supporter is responsible for being the the go-to IT expert within production environments, driving incident resolution, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable improvements that enhance operational performance and reliability. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and our global and local IT support team to ensure stable, secure, and efficient production. This position reports to the Global IT Support Manager and is part of the Global IT department, working closely with IT Client Support and the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) department.
