Salary rate: 14.000- 22.500 PLN gross per month (Contract of Employment) or 16 800 - 27.000 PLN net per month + 20 paid days off (B2B contract) Tasks & Responsibilities: - Technical Discovery: Lead expert-level discovery calls to understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Solution Design: Architect high-level solution frameworks and project approaches that address specific client challenges. - Estimation Ownership: Coordinate the end-to-end estimation process, collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and resource accuracy. - Proposal Crafting: Own the technical narrative of inbound sales proposals, bridging the gap between client expectations and our delivery capabilities.…
