Twój zakres obowiązków: Obsługa klienta za pośrednictwem telefonu, poczty elektronicznej oraz chatu w zakresie: przyjmowania zleceń na transport kurierski od klientów, wyceny transportów dla klientów biznesowych i indywidualnych, prezentowania oferty DHL Express oraz aktywnego proponowania produktów i usług, dosprzedaży usług dodatkowych dopasowanych do potrzeb klientów, udzielania informacji o statusie przesyłek, w tym statusie odprawy celnej oraz rozwiązywania bieżących spraw klientów. Budowanie pozytywnych relacji z klientami i dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi. Współpraca z innymi działami firmy w celu zapewnienia sprawnej realizacji usług.
