Job Description & Summary Deals Tax w PwC Polska to zespół 4 0 podatkowych ekspertów zajmujących się transakcjami na każdym ich etapie. Specjalizujemy się w projektach typu due diligence i strukturyzacji transakcji. Pracujemy globalnie - realizujemy projekty obejmujące nie tylko Polskę, ale również inne terytoria. Doradzamy funduszom Private Equity oraz klientom korporacyjnym. Posiadamy bogate doświadczenie w różnych branżach, w tym specjalizujemy się w energetyce odnawialnej i infrastrukturze, w których to obszarach mamy dedykowanych ekspertów, rozpoznawalnych na rynku.
