Obsługa wszystkich zapytań i zgłoszeń od klientów, wpływających do Działu obsługi klienta. Zdobywanie i wykorzystywanie wszystkich możliwości dla wzrostu przychodów firmy. Dbanie o utrzymanie najwyższej satysfakcji klienta oraz rozwiązywanie jego problemów podczas pierwszego kontaktu. NASZE OCZEKIWANIA: Doświadczenie w dziale Obsługi Klienta Wykształcenie średnie (mile widziane wyższe lub w trakcie studiów) Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie średnio zaawansowanym Płynność w posługiwaniu się językiem polskim, sprawne, poprawne i czytelne konstruowanie komunikatów.
