Job Description: Roles and duties: 1.Tax Take care all the tax matters by coordinating with Finance Director and tax advisors relating to corporate tax, VAT, enterprise tax, etc; TP analysis & monitoring working with external consultants; Deal with tax audit. 2.Accounting Prepare and assist review P&L, BS, and Cash flow for the company in accurate and timely manner; Support of preparing reporting package and submit to headquarter on time; Settlement of I/C transaction and fund arrangement with group companies; B/S clean up, A/R, bank reconciliation and lead other ad-hoc projects. 3.Audit & Internal Control/Compliance Support all external & internal audit with monitoring adequate level of internal control all the time; Update accounting policy and procedure if necessary; Customer / Vendor…
