We are looking for a finance professional with hands-on experience preparing annual statutory financial statements for legal entities under Local GAAP. The successful candidate will own statutory reporting processes across selected EMEA entities, working directly with external auditors, tax advisors and controllership teams. Key Responsibilities: Statutory Filings: Prepare annual financial statements in line with Local GAAP requirements for group legal entities. GAAP Reconciliation: Ensure reconciliation between Local GAAP and US GAAP. Audit Coordination: Manage statutory calendars, working with auditors and departments. Own the process of addressing auditors’ requests. Tax Compliance: Assist with tax provisions and returns. Policy Implementation: Implement accounting policies/standards.…
