Wat ga je doen? Dit project heeft als doel het moderniseren en optimaliseren van het proces voor het meten van materialen door traditionele sensorgebaseerde methoden te vervangen door een op vision gebaseerd feature recognition systeem. De voorgestelde oplossing omvat het specificeren van een referentiepunt, bijvoorbeeld een middelpunt gemaakt door een boor, aan het begin van het nestproces. Dit markeerpunt wordt vervolgens automatisch gedetecteerd door een op vision gebaseerd herkennings systeem dat zich nabij of geïntegreerd in de machines in de productielijn bevindt. Het herkende referentiepunt dient als de nieuwe uitlijningsbasis voor daaropvolgende zaagsneden, wat de nauwkeurigheid verbetert, handmatige kalibratie vermindert en de algehele productie-efficiëntie verhoogt.…
