As Director, Developer Relations – Europe, you will lead Roblox’s developer ecosystem strategy and growth across Europe. You will be accountable for defining the regional strategy, establishing the partnerships and programs required to execute it, and delivering measurable outcomes for the Roblox developer ecosystem. You will build deep relationships with leading developers, studios, publishers, technology partners, and emerging creators while identifying the next generation of high-potential partners for Roblox. You will serve as a senior representative of Roblox within the regional games and technology industries and as an executive-level advocate for the needs and opportunities of developers within Roblox.
