Introduction Within ASML’s Metrology and Machine Control department, you will contribute to software solutions that support advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. The Leveling team develops measurement capabilities that help ensure accurate focus during wafer exposure by providing highly precise wafer topography information. As imaging requirements become increasingly demanding, reliable verification of wafer measurements is essential for system performance and troubleshooting. In this internship, you will improve a wafer map verification solution that supports engineers in analyzing measurement quality and validating system behavior.
