At Optiver, we’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Global Talent Assessment Tooling Team (GTAT), the cornerstone of our global recruitment, engaging 100,000+ users annually. You'll be instrumental in ensuring scalability and reliability of our in house built platforms. With expertise in server-side platforms and a genuine interest in UI/UX, you'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle of our global platforms, serving as the central hub for all talent assessments, training and education activities, and test authorization.
