What You’ll Do as an L&D Lead for G&A, Benelux & France Acts as a strategic L&D partner to senior business and P&C stakeholders, supporting organisational growth and performance and talent pipelining. Partners closely with the Head of Leadership, Talent Development & Culture, other L&D Leads, the global CoE team, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed and localise global L&D strategies and frameworks across all supported markets, ensuring alignment with local market conditions, legal requirements, cultural nuances, and business needs. Accountable for the performance, delivery, and continuous improvement of all L&D initiatives across a portfolio of countries, ensuring alignment with global L&D strategy, operational standards, and business priorities.…
