Binnen onze aftersales-keten, van Helpdesk en Planning tot Fieldservice en Backoffice, ligt een schat aan data en werken we met geavanceerde planningssoftware. Ook staat de introductie van AI-toepassingen hoog op de agenda. Als duaal student bevind jij je midden in deze ontwikkeling en werk je projectmatig aan het optimaliseren van onze processen. Met een frisse, analytische blik breng je administratieve en operationele processen in kaart, signaleer je knelpunten en initieer en begeleid je verbeterprojecten. Daarbij onderzoek je hoe we data, slimme tools en AI effectief kunnen inzetten. Het doel: een Helpdesk die sneller antwoord kan geven, een efficiëntere planning, een Fieldservice die vaker in één keer slaagt en een Backoffice die kennis sneller en beter binnen de organisatie kan delen.…
