Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups, Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests. This position includes the following main duties: Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences and events in our rooftop bar LuminAir by driving sales leads and increasing conversions You will interact extensively with guests and clients with the intent of earning repeat and extension business. Receive and convert inbound inquiries to achieve goals and maximize revenue Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.…
