In de praktijk betekent dat: Je ontwerpt en rekent mee aan constructies binnen lopende projecten Je begeleidt en coacht constructeurs en modelleurs Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en helpt collega’s verder Je bent aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en andere disciplines Je houdt overzicht op planning, bezetting en voortgang Je staat dus niet aan de zijlijn, maar zit midden in het werk. Het team Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 6–10 constructeurs en modelleurs. Samen werk je aan projecten in woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. De lijnen zijn kort.
