Project Overview We are looking for detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer experience at luxury spa locations. The goal of this project is to assess service quality, staff professionalism, and overall guest experience during a standard treatment visit. Key Responsibilities Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options. Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes). Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment.
