Project Overview We are looking for detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer experience at luxury spa locations. The goal of this project is to assess service quality, staff professionalism, and overall guest experience during a standard treatment visit. Key Responsibilities Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options. Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes). Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment. During the visit, allow staff to assess your needs and recommend treatments, rather than requesting a specific service immediately.…
