Rolbeschrijving In jouw als rol als junior installatietechnisch gebouw inspecteur voer je samen met collega’s Technical Due Diligence (TDD)-onderzoeken uit voor uiteenlopende vastgoedtypen. Je analyseert gebouwgebonden installaties op technische staat, compliance met wet- en regelgeving en toekomstige investeringsbehoeften (CAPEX). In nauw overleg met directe collegá’s, vertaal je jouw bevindingen naar heldere, scherpe en overtuigende rapportages in het Engels, volledig volgens de Europese standaarden van Arcadis. Daarmee help je samen met het team klanten gefundeerde beslissingen te nemen op strategisch niveau. Wil je jouw impact verder vergroten? Afhankelijk van jouw ambitie en interesse krijg je de kans om bij te dragen aan het Europese TS Commission Management team.…
